Damaged delivery

If your parcel is damaged, including the packaging, you should report it immediately to the delivery service. In these cases you do not have to accept the delivery. Damages that cannot be seen from the outside should be reported to us at info@kayabstract.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Always save the original packaging. If and when possible, please take a photo of the damage.
