All of the art sold on KayAbstract.com are original, one of one, and made by hand. Kay Abstract does its very best to present colors as true as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer monitor. Kay Abstract endeavors to display art, imaging, inventory and pricing correctly, however errors may occur. All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. Orders

Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. In the event Kay Abstract can not complete your order accordingly, you will have the chance to either adjust or cancel your order. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Kay Abstract reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected. 

 

Order Confirmation and Shipping

Please note that items in your cart are not reserved permanently. Your order is not complete until you have finalized your purchase at checkout and submitted payment. Shortly afterwards an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address used during checkout. The order confirmation email is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order, it is not an acceptance of your order. 

 

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us and we will help you.
