    All sales are final. No returns, no exceptions.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes! To cancel an order, please send an e-mail to info@kayabstract.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • When will I receive my order?
    For standard shipping within the United States, please allow 5-10 busniess days for delivery. For international shipping, please allow 10-12 business days for delivery. *Please refer to your confirmation e-mail and tracking status for further details.
  • Are these pieces original?
    Yes.
  • Can I track the status of my order?
    Yes, Wix offers tracking with every order! Please refer to your confirmation e-mail for further details.
  • Do you do custom orders?
    Yes, we do! When we are open for custom orders an e-mail will be sent to all subscribers with the dates of availability. Please subscribe and become a member to receive notifcations!
  • Do you do duplicates of other pieces?
    Each piece is an original work and we do our best to not duplicate works. Please contact us at info@kayabstract.com for further details.
  • Where is my order confirmation?
    Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation the address you provided when placing an order.
